Sales meetings for B2B firms

We find your next clients the week they start looking.

Every meeting comes with proof: what the company did, where we found it, and when.

We watch public records, job boards and forums for signals in your market, every week.

The kind of thing we watch for Examples of the public signals we watch: job posted, 2h ago, migration announced, 6h ago, violation filed, 1d ago, acquisition announced, 4h ago, inspection failed, 9h ago, compliance manager hired, 11h ago, permit filed, 1d ago, funding round closed, 2d ago, facility opening announced, 2d ago, CFO role posted, 3h ago.
01 Recognition

If any of this sounds like your year, we can help.

  • You’re struggling to find good leads and you’re not sure where the next ten are coming from.
  • You’ve run cold email before and got bounces, unsubscribes and one reply telling you to get lost.
  • You paid an agency for leads and what arrived was a spreadsheet somebody bought.
  • You hired a salesperson, they lasted seven months, and you’re back where you started.
  • Your pipeline was always referrals, and referrals went quiet.
  • You know exactly what your best client looks like. You just can’t find more of them.

We fix one thing: the gap between knowing who you want and getting in the room with them.

02 The problem

You don’t have a lead problem. Nobody is prospecting.

Firms like yours grow on referrals and repeat work, and that works right up until a big client finishes a project or a competitor undercuts you on a renewal. Then the pipeline is thin and the only person who can fill it is the person delivering the work.

You close most of what you get in front of. That’s not the gap. The gap is upstream, in the hours nobody has: finding the companies with the problem this week, working out who signs, and writing to them like a person.

That’s the whole job we do.

03 The difference

Every meeting comes with the reason we picked them.

Most agencies hand you a name, a title and a phone number, and you find out on the call that the person has no budget and no problem. We hand you the evidence first.

  • The role they just posted.
  • The migration they announced.
  • The violation on the record.
  • The forum thread where their operations lead described the exact failure you get paid to fix, in their own words, with the date on it.

You walk into the call already knowing why they should care. So does the person you’re meeting, because that’s what we wrote to them about.

04 Method

How it works

  1. We hunt the trigger, not the title.

A company matching your profile is a guess. A company that just posted the role, announced the migration, failed the inspection or asked a public question about your exact problem is a buyer. We work the records, the boards and the threads where that shows up.

  2. We write to them as your firm, one at a time.

Short, specific, about their situation. No templates you’d be embarrassed to have forwarded. We send from domains we own and warm, so nothing lands on your reputation.

  3. You get a calendar invite and the file behind it.

Who they are, what triggered the outreach, what they replied, and the two things worth asking in the first five minutes. We handle every reply until the meeting is set.

05 Before and after

What actually changes

Not the size of your market. What happens inside it, and how early you hear about it.

How it runs now

  • Pipeline is whatever referrals happen to bring in that month
  • Prospecting waits until delivery goes quiet, which is never
  • You hear a company was looking after they’ve signed with somebody else
  • Good months and dead months, and no way to tell which is coming

How it runs with us

  • Somebody works your market every week, whether or not you’re busy
  • You hear about a company in the week it starts looking, not the quarter after
  • Every meeting arrives with the trigger, the source and the date on it
  • A thin month gets flagged before it’s thin, not in the invoice
Referral-led
Worked every week

Illustrative. This is the shape of the two approaches, not client results. The day we can name a client, their real numbers go here instead.

06 Qualification

Who this is for

A fit

  • You sell to businesses or institutions, not to consumers
  • A new client is worth real money to you, not a few hundred dollars
  • The principal still runs the sales calls
  • Nobody in the company prospects on a Tuesday morning
  • You could take on four more clients this quarter without breaking

Not a fit

  • You want cheap leads in bulk and don’t care who they are
  • You’re already booked out nine months and turning work away
  • You want us to sell for you, not to get you in the room
07 Price

What it costs

There’s no rate card, because one market and four markets aren’t the same job. We scope it on the call and quote once. Retainer, per meeting, or a retainer plus a share of what closes, whichever suits how you’d rather buy. All of them cover the research, the writing, the sending infrastructure and every reply until a time is agreed.

Twenty minutes, and you’ll know whether this works for your category.

On the call we’ll go through the last three deals you wish you’d won and work out whether the trigger that would have caught them is something we can find. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you on that call and you’ll have lost twenty minutes.
